Hi! I’m Jessica and I absolutely love this life I have created! Thank you for stopping by and expressing your desire to take control of your fitness, implement wholesome nutrition and create a life, that you too, will fall in love with.
In fall 2016, I launched my personal brand of helping women create stress free and simple fitness and nutrition plans that can last for a lifetime. In addition to being a personal trainer for almost 10 years, I co-founded Torque Performance and Fitness with my husband and have been impacting lives ever since.
My fitness journey started when I was just a teenager, playing sports and constantly being involved in movement. Since then, I have engrossed myself in exercise and sport science knowledge and nutrition counseling to help all types of needs. I was named one of Shape Magazines Top 50 Trainers in the US and have help thousands of women lose weight, gain strength and build confidence.
My passion lies in coaching in the areas of mindset, fitness availability for all and making nutrition simple and easy, which I do via my flagship program, Break the Cycle, along with a few other programs. Break the Cycle is a 6 month coaching program where I dive into the heart of you and create customized fitness plans and nutrition guides that fit your busy lifestyle and specific goals.
