This program is a 12 week training plan ideal for you to follow from start to finish over the course of 3 months (June, July and August). All workouts are done in under 35 minutes, include mini training videos, workout calendars, options for advance and intermediate fitness levels, vacation/hotel options, private FB group for all summer long accountability and require minimal equipment.
